Session 3 – ‘be an athlete’ (Improve fitness for fast bowling)
Session 4 – ‘be skilled’ (Practise the skills required to bowl fast)
Session 5 – ‘be a fast bowler’ (Apply knowledge to bowl your best)
Session 1 - Thursday April 31st @4.30pm
Session 2 - Thursday 7th May @4.30pm
Session 3 - Thursday 14th May @4.30pm
Session 4 - Thursday 21st May @4.30pm
Session 5 - Thursday 28th May @4.30pm
